Let's just cut to the chase.

2 of my pals will complete their slavery bond in a few weeks. I will be taking the job scope of one of them completely, whereas for the other dude, i'll be taking over probably 60% of his job.

This fucking sucks.

It's very tough to monitor alot of god damned jobs when the receivers take their own fucking sweet time to complete the job. On top of that, if they miss the fucking deadline, I get owned by the bitch boss. WTF?

My duty and responsibility to monitor all these?.. fine by me. But isn't it their fucking duty and responsibility to give it to me on time?! Considering these fucks are the most 'disciplined' people in the unit.

I get allowance doing a 2.5 man job. while another gets full salary doing a probably 0.5man job.
